Simplicity First

The best exercise is the one you can stick with. We avoid trends and focus on clear, simple movement routines anyone can do.

2

Real-Life Fit

Your health habits need to fit your schedule, not the other way around. We emphasise routines that blend into your week.

3

Consistent Progress

Steady, manageable steps add up. Our guide is built for those who want to see improvement—without unrealistic demands.

Our Story

How Dorinelavexi evolved and grew

We noticed friends and colleagues struggled to stay active without gym access, especially during disruptions—so we built a guide for real homes.

Our initial routine and planning tools reached hundreds of users and sparked feedback from the community, helping us improve the resource.

Contributors with coaching, mobility, and research backgrounds joined, expanding our advice and adding new planning features.

We continue refining our materials based on user experience and the latest local health guidelines, keeping content practical and accessible.
